What you’ll be doing
As a Professional Services at Roojoom, you will join a growing team around the world who is in charge of implementing our platform in Roojoom’s large enterprise and midsize customers.
Your missions will include:
- Working directly with our customers as well as various Roojoom departments such as R&D, success, sales and data science.
- Analyze the customer needs and business processes
- Build journeys on the platform according to specifications as well as test and deploy.
- Monitor and analyze the platform business and operation matrixes
You'd be a good fit if you have...
- Graduation / or Last year student for the Industrial Management or similar / Computer Science
- Analytical mind and ability to slice and dice the data to drive insights
- Autonomous with a high degree of initiative
